How do I upload a screenshot?

Open Swiper, tap the Upload tab, and either take a photo or select a screenshot from your camera roll. Swiper will automatically extract the item details.

Which platforms are supported?

Swiper works with screenshots from Poshmark, Whatnot, eBay, eBay Live, TikTok Shop, Mercari, and more. If a platform isn't recognized, you can manually enter the details.

How many items can I track for free?

Your first 15 items are completely free — no time limit. When you're ready for unlimited items, you can upgrade to Pro.

How do I export my data?

Go to Profile → Export to CSV. This gives you a spreadsheet with all your items, costs, revenue, and profit — ready for Schedule C or your accountant.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data from our servers. This action cannot be undone.

How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

Pro subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone to manage or cancel.
